Frank, I'm simply in awe. This project is a perfect illustration of the things we can accomplish in N scale in a reasonably average size home layout.

I almost missed this post, but decided to start reading from the beginning. Wow, this has an absolutely amazing ending (or almost ending!)

I remember folloing this thread anxious to see the finished model! It really good that is an awesome job that scene will be top notch. Make sure you share some pics of some trains on it.

I was able to install the bridge decking this weekend, so my tiny conductors won't fall through to the river. Here's a quick grab shot:
This fresh wood needs some paint to match the ties, and then just a few details remain.
