What to do with a Kato Mikado?

I have been going through my parts/projects bins tryinf to see what I can either weed out or finish and I came across a Kato Mikado that I'm not sure what to do with.

This this is completely in pieces but I did verify that everything was there. I have the traction tire driver, a couple extra parts bags, and the MTL coupler.  Currently only the cab and tender are painted and decaled (for the RI), the rest remains in black plastic.

I don't know what to do.

1. Sell it as is.  I think the traction tire driver can fetch $30 by itself.
2. Strip the cab and tender and put it back together to sell as an undec.
3. Finish it and sell it.

The second part is should I convert this to DCC?  Would that be a strong enough selling point to be worth the effort?

What's the best way to find a new home for this mess.

Thanks,

Jason

how much you want for the entire thing? I have been looking for a donor for a NP W-3 kit.

If you get one for the GHQ conversion, I'd like to have the boiler details such as the bell, whistle and headlight casing.  I need as many of those as I can find to be re-purposed on New Haven electrics.

Well I guess I may not need to worry about putting it together.  :)

I'll make a list, figure out a price for all or parts, and continue this via PM and trading post if need be.

Thanks,

Jason
