Saw that on an infomercial recently. (That should always be a red flag.) Wondered about it, didn't like the price. What I saw didn't look that impressive. Thanks for finding the review. Have you considered Conrail underwear?  :o .

FYI - if you can supply your own artwork in EPS form and don't need the finished product heat sealed in bags, having custom decals supplied by MicroScale is not expensive.  The bulk of their custom pricing is artwork.  When I re-released the etched 4-6-4 sleeper sides for NH/B&M/BAR, they printed the decals and the price was very reasonable.  I have the contact for the custom work if anyone is interested.

Unfortunately, not if your roster includes only a few locomotives, cars and cabooses. 125 decal minimum.
