Are these for real or just BLI attempts to be the next ConCor?

I don't ever recall seeing blue CSX hoppers.

The fact that they are in the 2nd run opens wounds I still have from their N scale H2a announcement back in 2005 .... >:(

BTW, the only proto schemes for these are N&W (various) and PRR (leased)

PDC (pretty damn close) would be Wabash (ex N&W H3 hoppers - H2a actually was based on H3 and looked pretty much the same).
