Fifth Annual N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards

The voting for the Fifth Annual N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards will take place at the National N Scale Convention in Portland, OR.  Convention goers will be able to cast their ballots at the N Scale Vehicle Association table during registration on Wednesday, June 17, or during the Swap-A-Rama on Friday, June 19. 

If you cannot attend the convention but would like to vote, please send me an email requesting an absentee ballot.  Or, if you are a member of the NSVA’s Yahoo group, an absentee ballot is available in that group’s poll section.  The final day to cast an absentee ballot is June 10, 2009! 

Note:  All of the links take you to the manufacturer’s web site.  Most of the links will take you directly to photos of the models, but with a few of the links you will have to navigate the site to find the photo of the model.

Voter turnout was good, and I had a lot of fun talking about N scale vehicles with many modelers.  Also, special thanks to NSVA member Roy Cutler for adding some of his excellent kitbashed trucks to the display, and helping with the table!
