In the last few weeks a bought a 50mm macro and an 18-250mm travel lens.  One grand for both :-X

Both are great, the shots in the HO forum of the H-10-44 are with the 50mm; the 18-250 has a little bit of barrel distortion at 18mm, but otherwise it is very good.  Both lenses are Sony for my Sony alpha100.

This post sponsored by Sony.  Sony: Welcome to the World of Sony.  Now, back to the BLMA bridge show.

Got my BLMA bridge and it is fabulous.  I hope you do more bridges, Craig.
Best regards,

Roger

I need that bridge and can't wait until I get 4 of them to start on my Catawba River Bridge. I looked at the bridge and thought it's perfect for my layout.

Tom - was that 18-250mm a Tamron by chance?  How do you like it?  Do you find the lack of stabilization a problem?

It is the old Tamron that Sony bought and modified.  I love it, and I have in-body stab so even at full zoom it is fine.

I purchased the BLMA bridge.  The packaging is excellent:  the drop-down sides allow for easy removal without having to pinch away the foam.  The bridge itself is very nice and very study.  Assembly is well done, with no glue residue or anything bad.
