Very nice Alan! Brings back old memories for me. I also have some
old 8mm film that my Dad took. Sure wish it had sound because old
#15 sure had a great sound to her. I really liked the shots through
the cut..........man did she sound good through there!!! ;D
Too bad it was short lived.

Nice video , shinny bell swinging and billowing smoke was great to see , I was at at Steamtown in Bellows Falls , Vermont about 1974 ish , is this associated with the Vermont , now Scranton Steamtown ? I was in Keen just last summer , my daughter who we were visiting in Cohoes NY wanted to go on a day trip , so I picked a shopping spot as a something for them to look forward to , and that spot was Keene NH .

Steamtown originally started out as the Monadnock Northern on the Claremont
and Concord in 1961. When the State of New Hampshire wanted to create a
tourist attraction they choose Keene as the place. So the M&N was moved to Keene in 1962 and was there through the 1963 season. The State backed out of it's agreement to fund the museum in the old Cheshire Railroad roundhouse.
So Mr Blount moved it to Bellows Falls in 1964. And then ended up moving to Scranton.

Nice Video!

Now I have to dig out the photos Dad took of our trip to Bellows Falls when I was just grass high to a knee hopper. (around 1980)
