;D It's taken quite a while, but the A&A is back as a STEAM railroad.
They had 2-8-0 #18 operating for Memorial Day; I got there Saturday 5-31 late in the day and caught her with the fire banked for Sunday's run.
I don't think 18 ever looked this good before under A&A ownership.
18 was the first steam locomotive I ever saw operate; I was probably about nine or 10 when I did , so there's a special spot for her.

14 is still intact and inside the enginehouse at Arcade, but there isn't money or a plan yet.
