Their operation is pretty cool. I'm planning on joining this year as I like the amount of drive they have for ROW and track work.

Tons of video of this locomotive on YouTube.  I remember when they only had a few 100 feet of track.

It is one of the best I have heard.

I can not wait to hear the CSRR's 7470 on its rare Winter trip up the Mountain Division on Jan 5th. I hope it is cold and crisp so that she sounds and looks great.

With 3' on the ground so far, I wonder if CSRR will run a plow north, which would look killer also. Something long since seen on the line.
