Switched to HO scale

 ;D

I just discovered that Athearn released a LAJ CF7.  So, I'm back to modeling a Los Angeles-based layout.  This will be constructed in a manner similar to Lance's Miami layout, although I want to experiment with an aluminum frame for weight savings.

Actually, I find working in multiple scales very enjoyable and not frustrating.  Costly, yes, but not frustrating.

Ugh.  And right after he runs trains on my layout...  Somehow I feel responsible.

Of course, it's not as bad as when my girlfriend in high school left me for another woman...

I guess I just have that kind of effect on people...

Don't worry Lee, I enjoy being a practitioner of all scales.

I started a small N scale shelf layout based on the LAJ, built on the Ikea Lack shelf.  However, it just wasn't turning out.  I think by going to HO and making use of the CF7, I'll be much better off.
