Guess I must treat my computer kindly. From 1999 to 2004 I was using Windows98SE, then got a new Dell with Windows XP. I have not experienced the so-called "blue screen of death" but one time, on the old machine. I do have Norton AntiVirus, Zone Alarm, Pop-Up Stopper, AdAware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Windows Defender as well, so I only get a notice a couple of times a year that an attempt has been made to load a virus or worm.
But then, I try to be careful, because I don't know a damn thing about how these things operate! :-[
