Title: Dallas Union Station
Post by: Bart1701 on October 28, 2024, 03:38:16 PM
I ventured outside of N Scale to build this HO scale model of Dallas Union Station. More details can be found in my post on the HO side of this forum.

Are the windows done with photos?

Very nice.

Are the windows done with photos?

Yes, the windows and doors and other details are from photos I took of the actual station. They are all part of the printed image created in Photoshop for each wall. The shadows that were captured in the photos help add an appearance of depth and 3-dimensionality that does not actually exist on the model. From a few feet away, it's hard to tell that it's just a flat piece of paper!
